A working day is considered as Monday-Fri and our orders are dispatched between the hours of 10AM - 1PM Eastern time. Orders placed after 1PM will be dispatched the following working day, if the following day is a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) , it will be shipped on the next available working day. The delivery estimates quoted below are once the package has been shipped and does not include any potential processing times unless otherwise stated.
Normal processing time: 0-2 business days
Holiday Processing times: could take up to 7 business days
Please note that International orders may experience longer delivery times. This is due to limited availability on flights.
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and collected by Canada Post / USPS
All orders are sent fully tracked, Canada Post/USPS will attempt to deliver either to your door, safe place, . Once this has been done and your tracking is displaying as delivered, we will consider the parcel delivered.
If you claim to not of received your order despite the tracking saying it has been delivered, or claim the parcel has been damaged we will launch an investigation which can take up to 20 days. Upon completion of the investigation, we will let you know the outcome. If the Canada post or usps confirms that your parcel was delivered using evidence such as a GPS match or verbal confirmation then we may not provide a replacement.
If there is anything wrong with your package, please email us with 48 hours so we can assist as soon as possible.
Duties & Taxes
When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the Canada. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by Lash Strips Club and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. For further information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to and you may still be liable for these charges. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
What is your RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on ALL items. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange with store credit. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 2 days of it being delivered. We can not offer exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging.
We will first conduct an investigation and provide store credit to repurchase. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee and is up to the buyer.
